Practical, Collaborative, Resilient
I’m a licensed therapist who works with people navigating some of life’s most difficult and overwhelming challenges, with experience in substance use and trauma-informed therapy. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while always staying focused on what feels practical, supportive, and relevant to your day-to-day life.
In our work together, I aim to create a steady, respectful, nonjudgmental space. We’ll work through intense emotions, patterns that no longer serve you, and the challenges of day-to-day life. I don’t use one-size-fits-all treatment; instead we’ll find practical strategies tailored to your goals and what actually works for you.
My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. I show up with structure when it’s helpful, flexibility when it’s needed, and a focus on building skills you can carry outside of sessions. Whether you’re looking to reduce symptoms, better understand yourself, or make meaningful changes in your life, I’m here to support you in that process.
